Very modern and clean rooms.
Check-in was a complete disaster. The reception staff were unhelpful and dismissive when we arrived. Two of our rooms had broken air conditioning and one had a non-functioning shower. The management didn't even acknowledge our complaints or offer a refund.

Request a room on a lower floor to avoid the stairs, especially if you have heavy luggage.

This place was just a top selection for a short stayover in Lisbon with good price-value balance. I appreciated the staff offering a complimentary breakfast after a minor issue with my room. Make sure to ask for a room away from the boiler area for a quieter experience.

Amazing location and wonderful staff
The central location made it easy to explore Lisbon, and the staff were cute, greeting us with a delicious Portuguese tart and port wine upon arrival. Our room was cozy and modern-very clean, with a comfy bed and great shower. My only suggestion would be for better pillow options, as mine was a bit uncomfortable. It was an lovely experience!

The staff were friendly and our room was
Beautiful overlooking the city and plaza. It was surprising that this hotel is rated only 3 stars because it was like a 4-star experience! The air conditioning was great, and we slept comfortably in the cozy bed.

Oh, the breakfast at Nicola Rossio is a true delight! You can grab good croissants at Nicolau Cafe just a hop away. Plus, the comfy digs, and the warm welcome with port was such a sweet touch!
Honestly, nothing to complain about except maybe the access, you have to go around a bit to get in, but that's just a minor hiccup.
